Before booking an appointment online at Essence Nails & Spa, please review our appointment policy.

If you would like to modify, update or cancel an existing appointment you can do so through the confirmation email you received upon booking the appointment or feel free to contact us by phone. If you are booking with a specific technician, please double-check that your confirmation email is with your chosen technician, otherwise we cannot guarantee your preference.

Late appointments will be automatically cancelled within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, please give us a call if you are running late. We recommend our customers to reschedule with us to provide you with quality service and appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Please take the time to review our service menu, as add-on services (i.e. Nail design or Gel/Acrylic Removal) could apply depending on your requests in addition to the service pricing you see when you book online.
